REFUNDS

We want to avoid after sale issues as much as you do, therefore, we have a stringent quality control process in place to identify defects before products are shipped. However, if we do happen miss a manufacturing or color defect, we will gladly make arrangements to replace the item with our apologies. We ask that you provide clear pictures with a description along with your order details.

If you are not happy for any reason, products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, and all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (if your item included tags.

Our sustainability efforts aim to eliminate tags from all new products, therefore don't be alarmed if you receive an item without tags.

Women’s leggings can be returned only if the hygiene seal remains intact.

Underwear cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

Supplements cannot be returned as per FDA regulations.

Face masks cannot be returned or refunded due to health protection reasons.

Purchases made by gift card, or partial gift card, will be refunded to the gift first.
