Shipping Policy

We have warehouses around the world. Depending on country of shipping origin, sales tax and customs charges may be required for applicable duty. We cannot accept liability for international deliveries that may be delayed by customs.

All apparel colors are reproduced as accurately as possible, however slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Refer to individual product descriptions. Colors may appear slightly different than our website due to display settings.

All efforts are made to ship orders within 48 business hours of purchase confirmation.

We use either DHL, USPS, or Canada Post to reliably deliver your orders, depending on efficiency. a k t y v has temporarily suspended shipments to countries with closed borders. Additional countries may be affected as more borders are closing, and we will continue to update you. If you are placing an order outside of North America, please contact Customer Service at info@aktyv.com to make possible arrangements.

​Most orders are received within 2 weeks, however, some products are made-to-order to your specifications and may take longer to arrive. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for orders to be dispatched during sale periods. Thank you for your patience -- our stuff is worth the wait!
