We use DHL to reliably deliver your orders. However, due to current worldwide events, A K T Y V has temporarily suspended shipments to countries with closed borders. Additional countries may be affected as more borders are closing, and we will continue to update you.

​During the pandemic, our customers have been receiving orders in 2 weeks or less, depending on their region. The normal shipping time is 5 business days depending on the destination. We expect deliveries to speed up as restrictions continue to be lifted. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for orders to be dispatched during sale periods.

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (if your item included tags. Our sustainability efforts aim to remove tags from all new products, therefore don't be alarmed if you receive an item without tags.

 

Women’s leggings can be returned only if the hygiene seal remains intact.

 

Underwear cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

 

Face masks cannot be returned or refunded due to health protection reasons.
